If you need your order quickly, please email us to double check we have stock before ordering. We can also quote you on overnight delivery.
CAN I SEND SOMETHING AS A GIFT?
Yes of course, let us know who it is for and we will wrap it for you at no extra charge. Make sure you put their address in the shipping address section.

Not yet, so sorry. We are working on this.
WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We use the secure and trusted Payfast gateway. Payfast process credit cards (Visa and MasterCard), Instant EFT (bank transfers to any of SA’s four biggest banks that get instantly verified). It is 100% safe and you can read about it here, should you have any concerns? SnapScan payment gateway comming soon.
I AM STRUGGLING TO PAY ONLINE, CAN I EFT RATHER?
Every now and then someone experiences technical issues. Please email us (email@example.com) exactly what you would like (even taking a screenshot of your cart helps) and we will send you an invoice and our banking details for you to pay.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are unhappy with what you received, or are not satisfied with it, please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your order. You can return it and we will offer a refund on your payment excluding shipping costs. Please note that the candle must be in its original condition – unused. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
